Tom Pare, one of the firm’s founding partners, has more than 45 years of experience planning, coordinating and performing a wide spectrum of accounting, tax and consulting services. His focus on the problems and concerns of closely held entities and not-for-profit organizations makes him a valuable resource in all aspects of corporate and personal tax planning; financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, business sales and restructuring.

During his career, Tom has served as an expert witness in both federal and state court cases, providing litigation support in the area of business valuation. He has also represented clients before the IRS, including settlement negotiations. Tom’s expertise and extensive experience in dealing with tax problems and planning opportunities, as well as various personal and business tax planning matters, make him invaluable resource for the firm’s clients.

An avid golfer, Tom also enjoys time with family and living on Arlington Pond in Salem.
